As a personal brand coach, Colleen uses her communications expertise together with her career-guidance and coaching skills to help people embarking on life changes, new careers and other personal challenges to gain full control of their own image and presentation – their personal brand. She is a qualified teacher, a trained counsellor, and holds a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from Bristol Business School.
DIVERSITY IN LEADERSHIP
Good leadership is vitally important, particularly during a period of change and development. Coaching can provide senior and middle managers with insight into the business benefits of diversity and how they can build this into their leadership roles. Team coaching or executive coaching may be needed to manage a particular period of conflict, or to help give individual employees the skills and experience they need to create inclusive working environments.
